Jim Wanserski has served in a number of professional, management, staff, consulting, and executive positions with public and private companies. From his early tenure in telecommunications and technology, to management consulting, executive roles, and even fraud-busting, the breadth of his experience is wide-ranging and of value for all levels of management, including not-for-profit entities. His recent roles include CFO, three terms as COO, and three CEO roles with both public and private companies.

Along the way, however, he ended up uncovering a number of fraud and corruption incidents, amounting to $350 million in suits, liens, judgments, awards, and recoveries. Those experiences, and in-depth research into philosophy, ethics, and even criminality – led him to several foundational frameworks and methods for “ethical decision-making.”
