You do not need a computer science degree or a coding background to build a career in data science and AI, and you are not too late to start. Drawing on his own path from software quality engineering into data science, and years of training career changers from finance, healthcare, marketing, and other non-technical fields, Vamsi lays out a realistic roadmap for making the switch.
The talk covers which skills actually matter today, how AI tools have lowered the barrier to entry, what the current job market really looks like, and the common myths that keep capable people from ever starting. Attendees leave with a clear, honest picture of what the transition takes, what it does not, and concrete first steps they can take regardless of their current field or age. Designed for professionals considering a career change and anyone curious about entering the field.
