Stop waiting for permission. Start participating in your own life. We spend a surprising amount of time waiting: for certainty, permission, the right opportunity, or someone else to make the first move. But what if the next move is ours to make?
Through improv games, storytelling, and thought-provoking exercises, Swetha invites audiences to examine how they respond when things don't go according to plan. Participants explore how assumptions, habitual reactions, and the fear of getting things wrong can limit their choices.
Making choices, taking action, and shaping the life you want.
Each session incorporates:
• Improv games and playful audience challenges.
• Storytelling and real-world observations.
• Philosophy and positive psychology.
• Coaching questions and guided reflection.
• Visual thinking and creative exercises.
• Practical experiments and takeaways.
The goal is for audiences to leave not only feeling inspired but also with a new perspective, a question worth considering, and something meaningful to try.
Our past experiences, familiar patterns, and assumptions often shape the way we see our choices and possibilities. Sometimes, we follow familiar paths without pausing to consider what else might be possible. What if we gave ourselves the space to question old assumptions, explore new perspectives, and imagine different directions so we can shape our next chapter with greater intention?
Through storytelling, improv, and thought-provoking exercises, Swetha invites audiences to explore how their mental models, ingrained beliefs, and perceptions of identity influence the futures they imagine. Participants learn to challenge familiar narratives, shift perspectives, embrace curiosity, and experiment with possibilities they may not have considered before.
Reimagining possibilities, making choices, and intentionally designing what comes next.
Each session incorporates:
• Improv games and playful audience challenges.
• Storytelling and real-world observations.
• Philosophy and positive psychology.
• Coaching questions and guided reflection.
• Visual thinking and creative exercises.
• Practical experiments and takeaways.
The intention is for audiences to see life as something they can continually shape—not by having everything figured out, but by staying curious, exploring possibilities, and making intentional choices along the way.
