Sean is originally from San Antonio and a graduate of MIT. He worked at Raytheon Company in design, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management, and graduated from a 2-year Leadership Development Program. Sean is a four-time small business owner, a certified business coach, and is part of an ActionCOACH network of 1400 coaches in 81 countries around the world.
Sean's clients have been recognized in North America as award winners and finalists for Best Marketing Campaign, Fastest Growing, Best Service Business, and Most Innovative, which has propelled his ranking to as high as #3 in the world.
He has traveled to 29 different countries, is married to his wife Crystal, and is a dad to his two sons Jackson and Weston.
