Michael Boler is the Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder, and Director of Bridges Training Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Midlothian, Texas, serving individuals with disabilities across North Texas. With over 28 years of experience in finance and banking, Michael has held numerous senior-level positions with banks across the nation. He continues to collaborate as a consultant with federal banking regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and corrective actions are executed within the banking community.
At Bridges Training Foundation, Michael oversees operations and strategic initiatives that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its services to include vocational training, social development programs, and waiver program management. Bridges holds contracts with Texas IDD agencies, such as the Texas Workforce Commission, Health and Human Services, and Texas Medicare, allowing the foundation to impact over 1,950 individuals since its inception in 2012.
Michael is committed to fostering community engagement and inclusion, collaborating with 60+ local agencies, school districts, and the aforementioned state agencies. Alongside his wife, MeLissa Boler, CEO, Michael continues to work tirelessly to create opportunities that enhance the lives of those they serve. He is a father of five children and four grandchildren and has lived in Midlothian, TX, since 2016.
