About Karianne
Kari Camacho is a passionate voice for authenticity, vulnerability, and everyday courage. As the office manager for two growing businesses, she’s used to wearing many hats, juggling chaos, and creating calm in the middle of it all. But Kari’s mission goes far beyond spreadsheets and schedules. She’s stepping boldly into a new season of serving others through storytelling, empowerment, and real-talk leadership.
Diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety as an adult, Kari brings both humor and heart to the messy, beautiful process of self-acceptance. A recovering people-pleaser and lifelong encourager, she speaks from the middle of her own journey—not from a mountaintop, but from the trenches. Whether she’s talking about healing, confidence, or learning to lead while still becoming, Kari’s message is one of radical permission: to be yourself, to be real, and to be seen.
She’s married to an incredible man and together they’re raising two amazing daughters and a Labrador who thinks he’s in charge. In 2024, their family traded city life for a 10-acre family compound, now shared with two goats, two dogs, one horse, and—surprise!—a baby colt. She’s currently working on her first book, likely somewhere between a manuscript and a therapy session.
Kari believes healing is not a hobby, it’s a leadership skill. She’s powered by caffeine, spontaneous Dollar Tree runs, and an unshakable belief that imperfect people can do incredible things.
