About Jeffery
Jeffery Mercier is a transformational speaker, men’s coach, author, and founder of Few Will Answer—a movement for men who reject passivity and instead choose strength, purpose, and responsibility. Known for his raw storytelling and real-world strategies, Jeffery equips men to rebuild their lives through personal ownership and masculine leadership.
Jeffery’s story began in a broken home marked by emotional abuse and absent father figures. By 15, he was using drugs and alcohol to numb the pain. By 21, he was addicted to meth and heroin. His life spiraled until a DUI at 33 forced him to confront his reality. That moment led him to therapy, sobriety, and a complete transformation—inside and out.
Through discipline in the gym, hiking in nature, and discovering his voice through Toastmasters, Jeffery began to rebuild his life. He’s delivered talks on vulnerability and friendships, is nearly a Distinguished Toastmaster, and wrote a children’s book on choosing the right circle of friends. His first keynote, The 5 Keys to Failure, challenges audiences to turn their lowest moments into a foundation for purpose-driven growth.
Jeffery’s coaching and message focus on helping men develop masculinity, confidence, mission, vision, and purpose. He teaches men how to reclaim leadership in their relationships, careers, and finances by mastering themselves first. His upcoming biography, Learning to Fail, offers a raw look at the trials and triumphs that shaped his journey and leadership philosophy.
“Masculinity isn’t about domination—it’s about discipline, direction, and devotion,” Jeffery shares. “Pain doesn’t define you—your response does.”
From bodybuilding competitions to keynote stages, Jeffery’s commitment to personal growth and masculine brotherhood has inspired countless men to stop running and start rebuilding. His future includes expanding Few Will Answer into a national brotherhood that raises the standard for what it means to be a man in today’s world.
