About Haley Stewart

Haley Stewart has spent her career watching what happens when people lack a tool to regulate under pressure. She's seen it as a preschool teacher, as a police officer and dispatcher, and as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, where she partnered with law enforcement agencies to coordinate crisis response and strengthen community mental health services. She later moved into operations and continuous improvement leadership in the private sector, leading process optimization and operational strategy initiatives across the organization. She is currently completing her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

That path, from a preschool classroom to the front lines of crisis response to executive operations leadership, shapes how Haley leads today as Co-CEO of JOYELY, providing executive leadership, operational strategy, and organizational development in support of the company's mission. She brings more than fifteen years of experience spanning operations, project management, mental health services, crisis intervention, and law enforcement to a simple question: what if regulating under pressure didn't have to be rare, or reserved for a crisis, but something anyone could practice, at any age, before things fall apart?

Haley holds a B.S. in Political Science from Texas Wesleyan University.

  • Steady Under Pressure: Leading with Joy Intelligence™

Every leader brings emotion into the room, and that emotion drives decisions, actions, results, and culture. In this keynote, Haley Stewart draws on her background across leadership, operations, crisis intervention, mental health, law enforcement, project management, and conflict resolution to introduce Joy Intelligence™, a leadership discipline built around what she calls the 4 I's: The Interruption, The Invoice, The Integration, and The Impact. Together they walk an audience through the moment before a reaction becomes a decision, the true cost of unaddressed patterns, what it takes to make new behavior stick under real pressure, and how one changed decision compounds through a team, an organization, and a community.

Haley introduces Sit. Breathe. Think. Feel.™, a practical interruption that creates space between emotion and action, then guides the audience through recognizing what unaddressed reactions actually cost them, why insight alone rarely changes behavior without repetition, and how individual awareness becomes organizational culture when it spreads through a team. Audiences leave with a shared language for pressure, conflict, and difficult conversations, and a practical, repeatable way to interrupt old patterns before they write the next result.

  • The Interruption: Lead Better Under Pressure

What happens in the few seconds before a leader responds often matters more than everything said afterward. An emotion arrives, a thought follows, a decision forms, an action happens, and suddenly there is a result everyone has to live with. In this keynote, Haley Stewart introduces Sit. Breathe. Think. Feel.™, a practical interruption that creates space between emotion and action, so leaders, parents, and teams can recognize what is present before it makes the decision for them.

Drawing on her background in law enforcement, crisis intervention, and executive operations leadership, Haley helps audiences recognize this emotional sequence while it is happening rather than after the fact, so they can choose their response instead of defaulting to it. Attendees leave with a concrete tool for pressure, conflict, and high-stakes moments, and the beginning of a shared language their team can use immediately to change how they communicate, decide, and lead.
