About Denise Castille

Denise Castille is a best-selling author, speaker, and heart attack survivor who has transformed her life-altering experience into a mission to equip and empower others. As the Chief Lifesaving Officer and founder of Any Day CPR Training, LLC, Denise leads a mobile training company that provides CPR and first aid certification to schools, businesses, and government agencies—including the Department of Defense and multiple state agencies. Known for her hands-on, high-quality instruction, Denise and her team are helping create safer, more prepared communities across the country.

With over 20 years of experience in education and facilitation, Denise connects deeply with audiences through powerful storytelling and practical wisdom. She is the author of I Don’t Want to Die Like This: A Survivor’s Guide to Thriving After a Heart Attack, a compelling memoir and guide for reclaiming life after trauma, and the upcoming children’s book Heart’s Happy Adventure, which introduces heart health in a fun, family-friendly way.

Denise currently serves as the District Director for District 50 Toastmasters, leading and supporting a diverse network of clubs and members across North Texas. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a Certified Fierce Conversations® Facilitator, with a passion for developing leaders, speakers, and lifelong learners. She is also the founder of the nonprofit Fresh Start for Your Heart, which promotes heart health awareness and prevention.

When she’s not speaking or teaching, Denise enjoys traveling and exploring the world by sea. She and her mother are avid cruisers, with 26 cruises under their belt and counting.
