David Munson jr is a disruptive inventor and problem solver with a long interesting successful life making a difference. He comes from a legacy family of impact and success and carries on to create more value for future generations of his family.
He is a fourth generation Texan, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. David has been strongly influenced by the charity of his father David Munson who started Education First Steps 37 years ago. David himself supports nonprofits Inspired Vision, Dallas Champions Academy and has served pro bono on the Munson Foundation board for 25 years.
David has been an investor his whole life in both private and public companies. He has always been extremely inventive and started FOI group LLC in 1999 to develop his inventions but was always hampered by limited funds and incessant creativity to stick with one invention instead of moving on to the new one. Now he has a huge backlog of great inventions and is planning to bring in investors to have great success.
David was owner of a 2000 acre ranch from 1981 until its sale in 2017 and learned a tremendous amount about the land and rural people as his property was surrounded by the descendants of slaves small farms and he both employed some and actually delivered heavy bales of square hay by hand to some. He ended up with a successful holistic grass fed beef operation before a big flood in 2015 wiped it out.
In 2020 he started Get Real Alliance) to promote his proven positive way to make the world carbon negative while we still use oil and gas.
David loves to speak on many subjects as a polymath who speaks from heart with no real preparation. He loves the dynamic of Q and A.

David Munson jr wrote a disruptive book on a proven positive way to make world carbon negative while we still use essential oil and gas for long time. He has real world long experience in agriculture with an engineering degree which gives him better understanding of earth climate system than people who have not taken thermodynamics. His program involves investing a fraction of energy expense in restoring the earth by adding minerals to land and sea to boost photosynthesis and fighting dying forests and growing deserts with smart efforts in book.
He argues that the reason why carbon dioxide levels have risen is not man's emissions but man's practices to reduce carbon sequestration with biggest change being the destruction of north American prairie with invention of John Deer steel plow in 1830's. The relentless growth of deserts is also a big factor as is growing demineralization and loss of topsoil.
