Andrey Gulchuk is a real estate broker, agent mentor, and former ER nurse based in Celina, Texas. He has eight years of real estate experience, more than 130 homes sold, and over $60 million in sales across Texas and Washington.
Before entering real estate, Andrey worked in emergency nursing, where clear communication, sound judgment, and earning trust were essential. Changing careers gave him firsthand experience recognizing how skills developed in one field can become valuable in another.
After relocating to Texas, Andrey continued operating his Washington business remotely through local partnerships, clear systems, and consistent client communication. He also mentors new agents as they develop the skills to serve clients independently.
His speaking experience includes preaching at previous churches. His Christian faith informs his approach to service, leadership, and relationships. Through practical stories from healthcare and business, he shares lessons about career change, trust, and helping others grow.

In this presentation, I’ll share lessons from the ER and eight years in real estate that apply to leading a team, serving clients, mentoring others, or handling a difficult conversation.
Attendees will learn how to uncover the concern behind someone’s question, explain what’s known and what’s still uncertain, and agree on a clear next step. I’ll also discuss how to avoid making promises you can’t control while still helping people feel heard and supported. These are practical habits attendees can use in their next conversation.
It’s easy to set a goal. Following through gets harder when life gets busy, distractions show up, or nobody is checking in. Leading yourself starts with knowing what matters to you and making everyday choices that support it.
Drawing on my experience in ER nursing, real estate, and mentoring new agents, I’ll share practical lessons about taking responsibility, setting priorities, and keeping commitments, even when motivation wears off.
Attendees will identify one priority they want to give more attention to, recognize habits or distractions getting in the way, and turn a goal into a specific action they can take that week. We’ll also discuss how to respond when plans slip and get back on track.
