Andrey Gulchuk is a real estate broker, agent mentor, and former ER nurse based in Celina, Texas. He has eight years of real estate experience, more than 130 homes sold, and over $60 million in sales across Texas and Washington.
Before entering real estate, Andrey worked in emergency nursing, where clear communication, sound judgment, and earning trust were essential. Changing careers gave him firsthand experience recognizing how skills developed in one field can become valuable in another.
After relocating to Texas, Andrey continued operating his Washington business remotely through local partnerships, clear systems, and consistent client communication. He also mentors new agents as they develop the skills to serve clients independently.
